About LaTige

Hi, I’m Stefanie and I am the proud creator behind LaTige.

LaTige was born at the end of 2023 when I decided to leave my job in international development to finally fully express my creativity.

Growing up in France, I was affectionately dubbed “La tige” (the stem in English) because of my long, skinny legs… It seemed like a perfect name for my new brand!

After living in seven countries across three continents, I settled in Jamaica in 2021 and I now craft “pretty things handmade in Jamaica”. My creations are inspired by nature in general, the Caribbean and the ocean in particular, architecture, world cultures and more. Above all, my creations are unique and are made for people who want to stand out from the crowd. I hope you enjoy my pretty things and join me on this amazing journey!
