Shipping and delivery
LaTige studio is hosted at Searenity Cottages in Portland, Jamaica. At the moment, LaTige offers delivery options across the island. For shipping to the US, please contact us.

Tara Courier delivery
We can organize delivery directly to your home anywhere in Jamaica through Tara Courier for a cost of JMD1,600. You can expect your package within 5 days after reception of your payment.
Knutsford Express Courier delivery
We can organize delivery of your package to your nearest Knutsford Express location for a cost of JMD1,000. You can expect your package withiin 5-6 days after reception of your payment.
Payment options
We accept payments via PayPal as well as debit or credit card (via PayPal). We also accept direct bank transfer to a Scotia Bank account in USD or in the equivalent JMD amount at the time of the transaction. Upon checkout, we will provide you with the necessary informatrion to proceed with the transfer.

Returns and refund/replacement
All sales are considered final and returns are not accepted. However, if your item arrives damaged or breaks within a week, we will offer a replacement or a refund.
To be eligible for a refund/replacement, please send a clear photo of the damaged product to latigecreations@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also contact you concerning the replacement of your item or method of refund.
